The McDonald's Project: Day 12
I decided to break open a fry today; I ended up snapping it in half. The buns and burger are completely hard and the fries only have grease to moisten them. I'd hate to chip a tooth on them.
Let's just say I like to eat and explore the vast world of food-goodness. I work in the fast-casual food industry but my heart lies in the hideaways, the hole-in-the-walls, the highly lauded, the best-kept-secret, the new recipe, the new experience, everything that deals with gustatory events. The world is a wide, wide place but the world can also fit on a fork. So with fork in hand, I'm going follow my tongue, one hungry bite at a time.
